The service

• All games are free to play, in your browser, for personal and non-commercial use.
• The games and site are provided “as is”, without warranties. We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that your locally saved progress will never be lost (for example if you clear your browser data).
• We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

Fair use

• Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse the contact and newsletter forms.
• The site's code, games, names and artwork belong to LowPrep Play or their respective licensors. You may not republish the games elsewhere without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowPrep Play is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using a free entertainment website. Some jurisdictions don't allow such limits, so parts may not apply to you.
